We then went another step further and packed in all the goodness of sesame, hemp, poppy seeds, chia, linseed, rye, barley and quinoa.   • Simply toast, bake or grill the bagels
  • Spread with hummus
  • Top the bagels with chopped cherry tomatoes tossed with Genoese plant-based basil pesto
  • Finish with fresh basil leaves and ground black pepper
