Elevate your staple cream cheese bagel with a scattering of capers, red onion and dill!
INGREDIENTS
4 Rebel Bakehouse Original Bagels
1 cup Anchor Cream Cheese
½ red onion, very thinly sliced
¼ cup capers, drained
Small handful dill
Makes 4 servings
Take 5 minutes to make
METHOD
Place your bagels in a toaster or under a hot grill for around 2 minutes, until just toasted & golden.
Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on your bagels.
Top with sliced red onion, a sprinkle of capers and scattering of dill!
Finish with flakey sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
