Make your favourite café brunch at home with this super simple and delicious take on avocado on toast!

INGREDIENTS

4 Rebel Bakehouse Sourdough Bagels

2 avocados
¼ cup crumbled Mainland Feta
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
4 lemon wedges

Makes 4 servings
Take 7 minutes to make

METHOD

Place your bagels in a toaster or under a hot grill for around 2 minutes, until just toasted & golden.

Peel and thinly slice avocados. Arrange the avocados slices evenly on top of each bagel half. 

Sprinkle over the crumbled feta, pumpkin seeds and chilli flakes. Serve each bagel with a wedge of lemon to squeeze over the top before digging in!
